The Design Process

Your order has reached Delicate Graces!

If you've chosen a PERSONALIZED item (one that needs only a few design details such as font, colors, layout, and your own words to be complete), you can expect:

First - to receive an e-mail proof of your design within 48 hours.

Second - you'll need to reply to the e-mail with your approval of the design or changes you'd like made. We repeat this as often as we need to for you to be satisfied with the design, but keep in mind that we still need to process and ship.

Third - once you have approved the design, we process and ship. We normally ship within 2-3 business days of approval.

Fourth - you'll get another e-mail from Delicate Graces to confirm the shipping date. If there is a tracking number, we'll send it to you.

For a completely CUSTOM order (your vision, your words, your layout, or a product we don't have listed), you can expect to have long conversations with ME! Phone, e-mail, or MSN/Yahoo chat are all options we can use to do this. I'll need to know every detail you can possible give me from colors to style. This is where the inner artist hiding in all of us gets to shine! The better we get to know one another, the more accurately I can design specifically for you. This process may very well require multiple proofs to get it just right. I expect this and so should you. Don't be afraid to make suggestions, alter tiny pieces, or just tell me it's "not quite right". DO allow both of us plenty of time to work out the kinks.
